Employer Sponsored Visas
Skilled workers can live and work in Australia when an approved business agrees to sponsor them. The temporary visa lasts for up to four years and allows applicants to include immediate family members to their visa. After being in Australia on a Temporary Skill Shortage (Subclass 482) Visa for a period of two or three years, workers and their families may be eligible to transition to Permanent Residency.
Permanent employer sponsored visas allow overseas workers to live and work in Australia for a nominating employer. These permanent working visas may be applied for through the direct entry stream. Alternatively, you can transition fo permanent employer sponsored visa after being employed by the same employer on a temporary visa for two or three years, depending on the occupation.
